    STEP 1: Click [Share] on the corresponding device page of the APP.
    STEP 2: Enter your friend's phone number or email address.
    STEP 3: Your friend accepts the invitation. (The search channel of invitation message: [My] → [My message] in the lower right corner of the main interface of your friends’ APP)
    STEP 4: Enter your device account and password.

  • How many types of alarms does this camera have?

    2 types
    Type 1: PIR human detection alarm
    Type 2: Humanoid detection alarm(The second function will only work if cloud storage is enabled.)

  • How do I set up Alarm setting?

    STEP 1: Click [Settings] to enter the setting interface of the camera.
    STEP 2: Select [Alarm] to enter the alarm setting interface.
    STEP 3: Turn on the [Alarm on]button to set the alarm sound and so on.

  • How far back can I watch recorded videos with the Cloud Storage?

    For regular video, the camera uses about two gigabytes of memory a day. Motion detection cannot be computed.

  • How can I view the video recorded on cloud storage?

    Method 1:[Replay]→[Cloud Storage]→[View cloud records]→Select date and time
    Method 2:[Cloud Storage]→ [Replay]→ select the folder corresponding to the device → Select date and time
    Method 3:[Cloud storage ]→Click the play button → Select date and time

  • How do I set up cloud storage?

    STEP 1: Click [Cloud] at the bottom of the main interface to enter the cloud interface and select a capacity to purchase.
    STEP 2: Click [+] to add a device, and add the camera to the device list of the cloud storage.
    STEP 3: Click the [Settings] button corresponding to each device to enter the video mode selection interface, and set the video mode according to your needs.

  • The camera cannot recognize the SD card.

    Reason:
    (1) The SD card is not initialized.
    (2) The SD card is faulty.
    (3) The SD card slot is damaged.
    Solutions:
    (1) Insert the SD card into the SD card slot, then format the SD card using the ACESEE app.
    (2) Try the SD card on a PC, smartphone or other device, and check whether the SD card is damaged. If it does not work, please try a new SD card.

  • How can I view the video recorded on my SD card?

    STEP 1: On the camera control interface, click [Replay] to enter the video replay operation interface.
    STEP 2: Select the corresponding date and time in [SD Card] to play back the video.
    STEP 3: The recording progress bar is blue, and the alarm recording progress bar is red. Drag the progress bar to fast forward.

  • How to use micro SD card storage?

    STEP 1: Format Micro SD Card. [NOTE: Please format the micro SD card before using it. ]
    STEP 2: Micro SD card record setting steps
    A. Click [Settings] to enter the setting page of the camera.
    B. Select [Video record] to enter the setting interface of Micro SD Card.
    C. Turn on the [Continuous recording] function, the device will automatically save the captured video to the micro SD card (If you do not enable this function, the camera will not save surveillance video in the micro SD card, and you will not be able to view the replay video.)
    D. When using the micro SD card to store, the default recorded video is silent video. If you want your recorded video to be audio video, please turn on the [Record audio] function.

  • What should I do if I have forgotten my device password and cannot share the device?

    Please reset the device to factory settings first, then reconnect the device and set the password again for the device.

  • The app is always saying “Failed to configure device network".

    Check whether the network card is connected properly, check whether the indicator light of the device is displayed normally. If it still doesn't work, please contact our after-sales service.

  • What should I do if I cannot receive the email containing the verification code?

    Solution:
    (1) Please check whether the mail is collected in the trash box of your mailbox.
    (2) Please check whether the mail is rejected.
    (3) Please try to register with another email.
    (4) If you have been unable to receive the email with the verification code, please use your mobile phone number to register, or send an email to contact the after-sales team of ACESEE.

  • What should I do if the device cannot establish a connection on the APP?

    Solution:
    (1)Please press the reset button for 5~10 seconds to restore the camera to the factory settings and establish the connection again.
    (2) Please make sure that your 4G data card has sufficient data and can be used normally.
    (3) Please check if your SIM card is inserted properly.
    (4) Please check whether there is 4G network coverage in the area where the camera is located. If there is no 4G network coverage, or the 4G signal is too weak, the device will be unusable.
    (5) Please make sure that when you add a camera, you select the option "4G Smart Camera".

  • How to use the ACESEE app?

    STEP 1: Turn on the power and initialize the device.
    STEP 2: Open the APP and register an account with a mobile phone number or email address.
    STEP 3: Click [+] or [Add Camera].
    STEP 4: Select [4G Smart Camera] in the [Add a camera] interface. Use the mobile phone to scan the QR code on the device, or manually input the device ID, and follow the prompts to complete the addition.

  • What should I do if the battery cannot be charged?

    Solution:
    (1) Please confirm that you are using a reliable 18650 rechargeable battery, and the rechargeable battery is not damaged and can be used normally.
    (2) Please check whether the positive and negative poles of the rechargeable battery are in one-to-one correspondence with the positive and negative poles of the battery slot.
    (3) Please make sure that the rechargeable battery has been installed well, and there is no loose or poor contact.
    (4) Please check whether the solar pannel can work normally.

  • How many Power supply mode of AC90?

    2 modes.
    Mode 1: Battery power supply, there are 2 charging methods for the battery:
    A. Battery charged by Solar panel
    In sunny day, solar pannel can be used to convert solar energy into electrical energy to charge the battery. Make sure the sun shines for 2 hours and the camera will work all day.
    B. USB cable charging
    At night and rainy days, you can plug the Micro USB cable into the Battery charging input port to charge the battery.
    Mode 2: External power supply
    If there is no rechargeable battery in the battery compartment, you can plug the Micro USB cable into the External power input port, connect the power, and then supply power to the camera.
